SFP system
What is the SFP system?
For the implementation of the activities, the platform uses the SFP-system. This system consists of two sections:
1. Front office : Internet application
2. Back office : Reservation system 
1. Internet application
The internet application is completely integrated with the reservation system, they both use the same data, so no suspension can occur in for instance availability and prices. It is an application that can be used by owners for owner reservations or reservations for third parties.
In order to make a reservation, a user name and password are required. After log-in a reservation can be administered by walk-through of a progressive scheme. The reservation is immediately recorded in the Back office and is instantly visible to the office sales force. If desired, the owner can print a booking confirmation.
2. Reservation system
The reservation system concerns an entirely new developed, user-friendly en resourceful program, called the Back office. This Back office is used for:
- invoicing
- allotments for tour operators
- pool classification by object category and features of the apartments
- modifications on assignment of apartments
- input of rental prices and processing of discounts
- generating of Arrivals-report
- generating of Availability-report
