Sparcs Facility Platform (SFP).

The provision of services of SFP includes, amongst other things:

 At reservation level
- Collecting and processing of reservations
- Handling of booking confirmations
- Invoicing
- Registration of owner reservations
- Offering of Cancellation- and Travel Insurance of
  Europeesche Verzekeringen
- Supply of park information to guests
  (exclusive reservations of tour operators and owner 
  bookings)
- Support of commercial office sales force

At organisation level
- The providing of Tour operators, including providing of concept contracts
- Generating an ‘Arrivals’ report for the park management; daily report of all
  arrivals, arranged per week
- Generating an ‘Availability’ report for the park management; daily report of all
  available objects in the next period
- Monthly rental report for the owners, arranged by month
- Monthly overview for the rental committee
- Securing of data on back-up location
- Input of modifications on assignment of houses
- Providing information of the reservation system, technical support from the NL
  office and initial training of the staff at the park reception
- Layout of the website with reservation option, including CMS
  CMS= Content Management System, in order to independently produce and modify
  the website
- Possibility to outsource invoicing through the platform
