As project developer, we have realised several leisure projects. Our latest development is Lipno Lake Resort in the Czech Republic, situated at Lake Lipno in Southern Bohemia. Spacious, luxury apartments with sauna, fireplace, underfloor heating, etc. Preparations for our new project "Blue Ocean Design resort" located on the Silver Coast in Portugal are in full swing. These are design luxurious detached villas and apartments, situated right by the sea. Furthermore, we also have a sales service for third party projects.
